What is this project about?

This project is about creating a platform for live retreats and shamanic ceremonies that offer people a safe space to recognize their true selves and align with their deepest essence. This special experience provides holistic transformation through self-reflection, mindfulness and connection with inner stillness. As your magical, mystical guide, I will accompany you on your path to self-awareness.

Your support will help create a platform where people can learn to release their fears, anxieties, and depression, empowering them to become their most powerful and fulfilled selves. The path of self-development is unique for every individual and requires the courage to follow the call of one's soul. It is a living process that helps us live in harmony with ourselves and the world. It teaches us to live in tune with time and the cycles of life, to see challenges as learning processes, and to cultivate harmony within ourselves.

The goal is not only to live our strengths and overcome our weaknesses but also to experience true joy and contentment that come from connecting with our higher self. When we recognize ourselves, we can unfold our abilities with open hearts and clear intentions and experience life in its full beauty.

My Role as Hagazussa

In my retreats, I embody the Hagazussa as a guiding figure, leading shamanic circles. Through portraying this mystical figure, I touch the inner child of the participants and guide them in rediscovering their childhood memories. I awaken the magic of past times when life was still filled with wonders and invite them to call this wondrous energy back into their lives.

Retreat Collection:

• Guided meditation reading journeys (accompanied by the powers of Odin, Thor, and Freya) at special natural locations, yurts or other magical places.

• Sound massages with various instruments (monochord, tuning forks, drums).

• Workshops on herbalism, womb healing, trauma processing and inner-child healing.

• Ceremonies honoring the cosmos and the balance between masculine and feminine energies (e.g., full moon rituals, solstice celebrations).

• Massage techniques with aromatherapy.

• Excerpts from art therapy, Kundalini teachings, yoga sessions, breathing exercises, human design and archetypes.

• Group, couple and individual sessions are available.

Why I Need Your Support

To bring this project to life, I need your help to cover the material costs - such as ordering things like essential oils, plant tinctures (until we find a suitable permaculture garden for self-cultivation), ceremonial cacao and tea, shamanic drums, tuning forks and other healing tools. With your help, this artwork will become a reminder of the importance of balance in a world often shaped by polarity and division.

It is crucial that we bring our lives into balance during this time – both within our own energies and with each other. Only then can we overcome the inner and outer conflicts that control us and together create a new, holistic world where all living beings can live in peace and harmony.

As an artist and practitioner working on a donation basis, I rely on community support to obtain these important materials and deliver the work in a quality that benefits everyone. Your donations will enable me to purchase these products and ensure the logistics for the ceremonies.

A central element of this project is solidarity among participants. Any donations that exceed the goal of acquiring the materials will be used to help those with fewer financial resources who may not be able to afford the full price of participation.

*WHAT IS A HAGAZUSSA?

In Norse mythology, the Hagazussa is a mysterious and mystical figure often associated with sorcery, nature spirits, and shamanic practices. The term "Hagazussa" comes from Old High German, composed of "haga" (hedge, fence, enclosure) and "zussa" (the woman). A Hagazussa, also known as a "fence rider," is often described as a wise woman or witch who is in close contact with nature and the spirits of the earth.

She has the ability to travel between worlds to communicate with the spirits and forces of nature. She is a symbol of connection to the natural world and spiritual knowledge. Hagazussen were also associated with healing arts and magical practices and were often able to perform healings through herbs, rituals, and the use of ancient wisdom.

In some traditions, Hagazussen are also seen as protectors of the threshold between worlds, accompanying the transition from one state to another – whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually. This role makes them powerful symbols of transformation and spiritual healing.

The Hagazussa, therefore, often represents a wise, mystical woman deeply rooted in nature, with access to hidden, often magical forces.
