The brightest light in so many lives gone too soon, Gabriel transitioned to another realm on July 21, 2022 after a fierce battle with stage four metastasized colon cancer. Gabriel faced the disease with strength, grace and his inimitable sense of humor and wit. He will forever be regarded as a loving son, an adoring brother and uncle, a brilliant writer and chef, and the most effortlessley charming and hilarious person in any room. He was an angel on earth and he was not ready to leave us. We were also not ready to say goodbye. Cancer is a vicious disease that cruelly extinguishes the brightest lights among us.
