Most of you may know my little cousin Zack Everett and many of our other family members.  Zack is a blonde hair, blue eyed 9 1/2 year old boy that attends 4th grade at Brookland ISD.  Zack is the son of Stephen Everett and Kellie and Jerome Schroer.  Stephen works at Georgia Pacific, Kellie is the manager at Piney Point and Jerome works at T.E.C.  
Back in Feb. of 2015, Zack was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation.  This condition affects him in many different ways. Zack's vision is getting worse, and he is close to being legally blind.  Lately Zack has been having a lot of other problems associated with Chiari Malformation.  He has been accepted by a specialist in New York.  Zack has his 1st appointment on November 16th.  To help with expenses for this trip we will be selling shirts for $20 each.  This fundraiser will help Zack and his family out with whatever the insurance will not cover as they travel to take him to the treatment that he desperately needs. Thank you all in advance for your prayers and support.
