Many who know Krista Tressler and Sandy Tressler, know the fight they are enduring both emotionally and legally. Some have even asked how they can help…

This nightmare began in late May 2019 when they found out Brian was diagnosed with a very fast-growing malignant brain tumor called a Butterfly Glioblastoma. Brian indicated to Krista that he wanted to go somewhere that specialized in treating such an aggressive tumor. Unfortunately, this is when Krista found out just how much trouble it would be to deal with the new wife of Brian.
Brian's new wife refused Krista the ability to get her father specialized treatments. She even refused Krista the right to assist her father to doctor and radiology appointments. She essentially shut her out of his life, then slowly, one by one, shut out his brothers, sisters and even his OWN MOTHER. As of July 2019, no one from Brian’s side of the family has been able to have contact with him. The wife took away his phone, and no one has heard from him since.
Keep in mind that Brian had only been married to the new wife for less than 4 months when he was diagnosed, and by the end of month 4, she had isolated and controlled him in a world where he could only speak to people SHE knew. This is an injustice to a man who held his family with such a high regard. He lived for his one and only daughter and granddaughter.
He now lies in a hospice bed, without any family or friends of HIS - only hers. The legal battles are tense, and the cost is high - not only monetarily, but the cost of his quality of life. The justice system is a long, drawn out process - with no hopes of reaching an end while he is still on this earth. Sandy and Krista will be fighting this legal battle for months to come, long after Brian has passed.
Brian Tressler is a good man. He will soon be with his Grandmother Helen and Father Richard in Heaven, so we want to make sure all the wishes he expressed to them are carried out. If you can, please donate to this legal fund - it's going to be a long and expensive venture.
