Help Build Confidence In Triangle Girls

The Esteem Program is a highly interactive 6 week program that helps middle school to high school girls bolster their self confidence, self efficacy and self esteem. This is accomplished through highly engaging activities, journal assignments that cause them to look deep within and discussions that are transformative.

In  today’s society young ladies are facing so many pressures from how they should look to how to fit in. The Esteem Program helps them to know who they are, believe in who they are and stand firm in their uniqueness.
