THE MUMMA CAREBOX

Five ago I was diagnosed with post natal depression, and PTSD after the birth of my beautiful son.

After a big year and a half of help, love, and support including two perinatal psych ward stays, I began to feel like myself again and decided to start a project called The Mumma Care Box - self care boxes for mums going through a tough time in their motherhood journey. 

in March 2019, I began this project and the support has been incredible. So many local businesses reached out and donated items as well as family and friends helping financially and through donations too. I have managed to donate around 600 hampers to mothers all across Australia, including perinatal psychiatric units and motherhood mental health programs nationwide. 

i don’t charge for these boxes, I create them and donate them to mummas going through a tough time in their motherhood journey and I hope to be able to continue to do this for a long time to come.

i have started a new go fund me page in the hopes of raising some money to be able to continue my project and make it bigger and better!! 

any donation would be so appreciated as I continue to advocate for the mental health of mums and share my story for other mums going through something similar.
