On Thursday 11 December 2025, hundreds of guitarists will come together at Liverpool’s iconic Mountford Hall for The Big Guitar-In Fundraiser, an incredible night of music, community, and togetherness in support of The Florrie.

This record-breaking event is more than just a performance. It’s a way for our community to come together to save The Florrie’s free Community Classes, which are at real risk due to rising utility costs, fewer grants, the ongoing cost of living crisis, and an increasing number of people needing social support.

Our Community Classes are a lifeline for people across Liverpool and Merseyside. Every week, hundreds come through our doors to learn new skills, get active, make friends, and feel part of something. These classes help to combat social isolation and give people a place to belong, but we can only keep them running with your support.

Keep vital community classes free for those who need them most

Provide a safe and welcoming space for people of all ages and backgrounds

Support local musicians and young artists through events like The Big Guitar-In
