Ben was a gentle giant, he cared about everyone around him and found it important that everyone felt recognized and heard.
He was passionate about music, sports, cooking, and making memories with family and friends.
Anyone who was lucky enough to have Ben in their life knew the special way he was able to make you know he cared about you.
I would describe Ben as a protector. He always looked out for everyone and made sure that they felt safe. There are not enough words to describe how special Ben was. His goal in life was just to make sure that everyone around him was happy and taken care of.
I am lucky to have many memories with my brother to the point where picking a favorite would be nearly impossible.
We are starting a foundation in his honor to continue his legacy of generosity and compassion. As a family we hope that this foundation will be able to bring opportunities and support to those who are in need and honor his name.
