The beautiful Simmons Family

We appreciate each and every one of you for your support.

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to ask for your support for the Simmons family during a difficult time. Richard Simmons, a devoted husband to Clair and father of two beautiful boys (Rowan 15 and Jacob 9), has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of kidney cancer (stage 4) that has spread from his kidney to his lungs and hip. Richard is about to undergo surgery to remove the cancer from his kidney, followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy to tackle the cancer in the other parts of his body.

Richard is self-employed, and his ability to be able to work while he fights this battle is unknown as the medical bills continue to pile up.

I understand times are tough for many so if you are in a position to donate something, any amount, big or small will help to make a difference as Richard focuses on his recovery and Clair cares for their boys.

As you can imagine Richards diagnosis has come as a big shock to his family and friends and the extent of his journey ahead is very much unknown.
