Thanktober- Help us Thank our Local Firefighters

On late September, we were awakened by the Bobcat fire, a grim cloud of smoke and devastating air quality. Our brave local firefighters fought day and night to keep us safe and contained over 114,000 acres of fire. Now that the situation is under control and the air quality improved, we could not help but to feel so much gratitude for our local firefighters' bravery, sacrifices and resilience in defeating this fire.
As a community of local restaurant businesses in Old Pasadena, we are banding together to put together our first annual ThankTober initiative where we would select a local organization we would be donating delicious meal kits to. We could not think of a deserving group than the Pasadena and Monrovia Fire Department who helped keep us safe during the Bobcat Fire incident.
Join us to send these yummy meal kits from your favorite restaurants- Maestro, Osawa, Bone Kettle and Pasadena's newest gem restaurant- Perle.
Every penny of your donation will go towards these deserving teams of firefighters. We intend to fundraise all of October and distribute the meals at the end of the month.
As a thank you for your generosity
- We will handwrite cards with your names when we drop off the meal
- There will also be raffles to win wine bottles, gift cards for our participating restaurants and fun treats for those who donated.
