Period Poverty Fundraising by LSESU HKPASS

The problem of period poverty is unfortunately one that many women in Hong Kong face. Even though women in the city may not completely lack access to sanitary products, they still face a certain financial burden when ‘the time of the month’ arrives.

LSESU HKPASS is a student-run society that aims to help students get involved in pressing societal issues. Working with the Zubin Foundation, LSESU HKPASS hopes to help fundraise to support the Period Box Project - the delivery of sanitary products to underprivileged women.
