Yemen Ramadhan 2022 - 30 Day Food Appeal

We want to provide around 1000 food baskets to be distributed for Ramadhan so we can aim to provide approximately 4500 people with their essentials for Ramadhan and even some beyond. 

 

 

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of you are those who feed others.” Musnad Aḥmad 23408

 

Each Food Pack will cost £40:

25kg flour, 10kg rice, 10kg sugar, 4l oil, dates.

 

Finally, I don’t think it is necessary for me to repeat the hardship our brothers and sisters in Yemen are living through. Rather I would like to remind myself first and foremost, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Hereafter." -Saheeh Tirmidhi. Also, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Allah, the Exalted, says, 'Spend, O son of Adam, you will also be spent upon."
