Teresa Upshaw Hurricane Relief

Teresa had just completed renovating her house from the last flood that hit her house a little over a year ago. She received 30% of the cost from FEMA and the rest was out of pocket. She did the majority of the labor herself. Unfortunately, she has flooded again, this time, the water was 3 feet higher than last time. She has lost EVERYTHING. She does not have flood insurance and has received zero contact from FEMA. Please help if you can.
