Necessity Kits for Peterboroughs Most Vulnerable

As the Warming Room homeless shelter is slated to close their doors by the end of the week over 40 of Peterborough's most marginalized and vulnerable will be back out on the streets. Agencies have been advised to not provide essential resources to these individuals as they brace for their tumultuous next days... 

This is a call to action for individuals and families to assist us in providing necessity kits to those impacted by this service termination. Our goal is to provide each person with at least: a tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, bug spray, small bbq and grocery store gift card. This will cost approximately $120 per person after taxes.
