Hi, my name is Taylor Aloisio and I rescued Stella 6 years ago from the ASPCA.

She shortly became the family dog with everyone in our family loving her. She completely changed our lives and the people around her.

Stella is now 6 years old and has always been active and playful. Recently though, Stella has endured some issues. We found out she has IVDD ( Invertabrel Degenerative disc disease. A spinal disorder that follows from the herniating of an intervertebral disc inside an afflicted dog. ) She was admitted to the hospital on November 6th and we were told she has 6 Herniated Discs and internal bleeding.

We were given 2 options, 1 being surgery and the other to put her to sleep. We truly believe with the help of surgery and rehabilitation she can feel good and live her life happily to the fullest for the rest of the years she deserves.

We do not have pet insurance for Stella and the hospital bills are already racking up.

MRI: $5,000

IVDD surgery: $9,000

Post-Op Pain Meds: $1,000

Rehabilitation 6-8 weeks: $5,000
