Teetotal for a year

Hi my names Ashley and I have decided to go teetotal for a year to raise some money for mental health resources  I have seen people I love become someone else due to
mental health And other causes  which is why I have chosen this charity and I have decided to go tee total as I have also seen the change in people close to me through drink/drugs so seems fitting as it’s all connected.

there isn’t a lot of resources and help
out there for people with these problems so any help is better than nothing please even if it’s just £1 every penny helps ❤️
