Sweet baby angel!
Rory was born with a coarctation of the aorta and a large VSD which required immediate life saving open heart surgery.
He is in the PCICU now and is slowly recovering, but has endured a number of setbacks. He has stopped breathing, his lungs have collapsed, his kidneys have had trouble functioning, he has had infections after open heart surgery, the list goes on .. and all of this without the healing and loving touch of his mother. She is not allowed to hold or feed her baby while he is fighting for his life. Imagine being a mother in this situation, or worse, a little baby.
If you'd like to help out his family (mostly mom and dad being kept from work and in the hospital) ANY donation would help! Stephanie and George have done everything that they could possibly do to bring baby Rory into a loving and prepared home .. They have both worked long hours and saved every penny they have. This hospital stay and treatment will be a strain on these loving parents. Their priorirty is their son and giving him the love and attention that he deserves during this time. Please, help support them by sharing this story or donating to this fund to help them get through this heartbreaking time. Every bit helps them provide better for their growing family and affords them more time with little Rory in the hospital. He needs them there more than ever!
