Team Mary Knouse - back surgery

My dear dear friend, Mary Knouse, has been dealing with back pain for quite some time. She just found out in the beginning of January, she has to have MAJOR back surgery! She was sent home from work, not to return, until she's healed! 
She's been out of work for almost 2 months, has surgery Monday, March 1st. Her recovery could take months. This is all an expense not expected. She's too stubborn to ask for help!
