Tanzania Childcare Fundraiser

Hi Guys!!

For those that know me, you know that volunteering abroad is something I’m very passionate about.

On March 1st I will be going to Arusha, Tanzania to volunteer for IVHQ’s Childcare Project.

The goal for this project is to provide under-funded and under-resourced childcare centers with the extra help that they need. The centers provide interaction, education and food for children that come from low-income families.

My volunteering will be focused on helping with daily chores, overall management of the center (cooking, cleaning, farm work, caring for children and babies) and teaching children basic English.

Any donation big or small will make a positive impact on the childcare center and put a smile on the kids’ faces!! Your donation will help me be able to provide the children with things like books, toys, first aid supplies and other things to benefit them. Of course, if you have anything specific in mind that you want your money to go towards, please let me know and I can arrange that.

I’m beyond excited to spend my time putting smiles on the kid’s faces and I can’t wait to share all of the stories with you all when I get back.
