Tanner’s hip surgery

I’m Sandra, Tanner’s owner’s aunt. Her name is Tonya. Tanner was playing in the yard and ran into the street. He was hit by a car. The driver didn’t stop. Tonya got him to the vet, who kept him overnight, stabilized him, put staples in his ankle and tried to fix his hip. However, the doctor couldn’t fix the hip. Tanner needs to see an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible. Tonya doesn’t have the money to get Tanner the surgery after paying $2,000 for the emergency visit and treatment.  Won’t you please help Tanner get the surgery he needs?
