Living w/Heart Disease& Brain Tumor

From the age of 5, I have been battling with medical issues that took over my fragile body. I was diagnosed with a form of cancer which is called Hodgkins. Unfortunately my first surgery was a splenectomy the removal of my spleen at the precious age of 5. This was the start of many surgeries that I would have to undergo. Once again the doctors broke the news to my parents that they found knots located on the back of my neck and thought the best solution would be radiation treatment.
Based on the physician's findings the diagnosis led them to. deliver heartbreaking news to my parents that I would not live past my teens. At the age of 14 I experienced some discomfort in my abdomen in which the doctors had to do an emergency operation. Doing that process they remove my appendix and found that the Hodgkins came back. At that time I was informed that I would have to have chemotherapy and radiation treatment. At such a young age these procedures begin to take a toll on my body but I was persistent on living this thing we call life.
In the mist of it all I have survived 21 car accidens, two in the same day, my forehead went through the windshield and you couldn't recognize me. I've had 5 broken toes and a broken wrist.
At 27 I encountered thyroid cancer and had to have my thyroid gland removed. Once again defying the odds. In 2012 I fractured my vertebrae and in the process of healing I ended up in the hospital for 15 days with endocarditis ,anemia and my thyroid levels were off and I needed a blood transfusion. Once again I push past my pain to fulfill purpose until January 2014 I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I suffered for 8 months until the doctors were able to perform a procedure called Gamma Knife. This is a specialized equipmaent that focuses close to 200 tiny beans of radiation on the tumor. Unfortunately this procedure didn't get rid of the tumor but it Did cause it to shrink.
On September 3rd 2015, I decided that working in such conditions on my job became overwhelming and exhausting to my body to the point of making a life changing decision to take a medical leave of absence. Doing that time I've underwent two iron infusion and an emergency hospital visit. While I was in the hospital the doctor had to perform an Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and CRE Balloon dilation. which caused the doctors to find a hiatal hernia. This is when part of the stomach pushes upward through the diaphragm into the esophagus. I have had four Esophagogastroduodenoscopy an. CRE Balloon dilation done since October 2015 to January 2016. This procedure would allow. me to swallow my food properly without choking as I've done in the past.
Unfortunately in the mist of all these issues in my body, I found out that I have high blood pressure and an enlarged heart, mitral valve disease with attendant Aortic valve disease.. I will be having open heart surgery in February 2016. It is my prayer that I will be able to function in a productive manner to continue to fulfil my purpose When this is done.
My short term disability in which I am currently receiving is very limited at this time. The medical bills are coming in by the thousands and this is my only means of income to maintain a stable living as I did when I was working. Therefore I have come to this point to set up this Go Fund Me contribution page that is urgently needed by your sincere heart's.
