Talent Fire Relief

Sawyer Paddles and Oars has been based in Talent, Oregon, for over 33 years. We were fortunate that our manufacturing facility was spared, but our community has seen grave destruction from last week's wildfires. The devastating Alameda fire has impacted many of our friends & families, and for those in our community who have lost their homes and businesses, financial support is the most impactful.
The long road of recovery is upon us with many funds needed for our community to rebuild.
 Thank you for all your support so far, we have just past the $20K mark. Sawyer will be matching $10K to start getting relief to the communities of Talent and Phoenix affected by the Alameda Fire. We are so proud to see how the community and the outdoor industry have been stepping up, with matching fundraisers and donation events, keep this great work going!
Updated stats from The Phoenix- Talent School District ;
695 students district wide lost their homes, approximately 440 households.
This translates to 28.7% students losing their homes district wide, with Phoenix impacted the most with 37.2% homeless.
With your continued help we will rebuild our community stronger together.
