Swim into Light

Hi there, I'm Gavin and this year I'm going to be completing a series of increasingly longer swims between the pool and sea. Our first challenge was a 50km pool swim on December 16th 2022 in Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Club and your support and participation helped us to get off to a great start. I'm taking on these challenge to raise funds for the Pieta House charity who do such important and amazing work for people suffering with mental health issues including depression and suicide. Over the next few months I'll be documenting my training and build up to the swims across social media. I'll share all the aspects of this challenge with you and you can see how important swimming has been to my own mental health.
