Sweet Petey Pie Needs A Helping Hand.

Hi, I'm Karen, Jake & Petey's Mom. Petey is Jake's sweet, nutso, hysterical dog. A "one of a kind" funny dog. He was recently diagnosed with a huge thyroid tumor. We had his sister Lola since she was 8 weeks old & then we got a phone call just when she turned 1 yr old if we wanted Petey. He had to be rehomed and was going to be staying tied up under a truck. Of course we went & got him!! So Lola & he had not seen each other for 10 months but knew who each other was the minute they were reunited. They LOVE each other!!

I'm really sorry to those that think this Go Fund Me is out of line but I have never ever asked anything of anyone before. I have to try this. His treatment will be around $10,000 or more and we have wracked our brains & hearts trying to figure out how to save his beautiful life. He is Jake's dog & I have to do something. It is heart breaking to know that any day his huge tumor can block his airway. Jake will be devastated and Lola will surely miss having her forehead licked by Petey every night before bed.

Every penny raised for Petey will be spent solely on his treatments, any dollars left over will be going to "ThisIsHouston" (check them out on FB). They bring Dogs back to life from the brink of death. Anyone remember Opie & Jake? Again - I apologize to anyone who thinks this is out of line, I have to try.
