Sweet Baby Kingston

Donation protected
On June 26th my cousin Kingston was born in Penticton General Hospital. Kingston was carried to term and it had been a fairly typical pregnancy with no issues. Labour and delivery went well and he was welcomed into the world.

Kingston was born with a very rare genetic disorder. Within hours of being born Kingston and his parents , Samantha and Morgan, were airlifted to Vancouver Children's Hospital. He has been receiving amazing care by the staff and specialists there since June 26th. Today marks 32 days of being in the NICU. He has undergone two surgeries already in his short life. One was to help with breathing and the other was tonight to help stabilize his eyes. Upcoming surgeries are needed for his heart, craniofacial surgeries and reconstructive surgery for his hands and feet.

Samantha and Morgan live in Penticton so my cousin and his wife are commuting back and forth to be here in Vancouver. They are trying to keep their other son's life as 'normal' as possible. Both of Kingston's parents are self-employed. His Mum, Sam, has been off work with maternity leave and his Dad, Morgan,  is off work trying to juggle the home demands in Penticton and here in Vancouver.

With all the pressures my cousins are experiencing, I'm hoping to offer some financial help. I'm reaching out for any support that can be offered. Words can not express how much I appreciate any help.

With love,

Pippin
