French Immersion for Kindergarten

We believe deeply in the benefits of bilingualism for children.  Our public elementary school in Los Angeles is starting a French Immersion program.  We will begin with two kindergarten classes in August 2015.  Many of our families are French-speaking and about half of our families speak English.  Many speak a third language as well.  Together, these families and their children can enjoy learning everything there is to learn in Kindergarten in two languages!  We are so excited to have this opportunity; we are one of only three French immersion public schools in California, but we need your support.  We would like to have a library of French books to share with the kids, a French teacher's aide to support everyone in the classroom, and all of the "extras" in art, music, and culture that make school and French fun.  Please help us to make this upcoming year a wonderful experience for all.
