Sustain Asheville's Healing Arts Post-Hurricane

Hurricane Helene raged through Western North Carolina just 4 weeks ago and already so much has changed. Our community is shifting and adapting, plotting our routes for how and where to Take it From Here.

My journey as a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist began in January 2022 -- less than two years ago. Since then, I have trained extensively and built a fledging, but thriving, yoga and bodywork business. Hands-on healing is an integral part of my greater calling to be of service to the human family and I am confident that with a little help from my friends following this catastrophic event, I will be able to continue to offer this work for a long time to come.

WNC communities are looking down a long road of unknowns and many small local businesses are on shaky ground. I want to see us come through this like the lotus flower, pushing its way through the mud toward the light, blooming in full force. Through my commitment to calling this place home, showing up for the sacred practice of touch, and the generosity of our extended communities outside of Asheville, I am confident that the healing arts will continue to grow and thrive.

Paying it Forward - 1:1 Sessions with WNC residents

• Yoga and massage for impacted community members. If you make a donation of $100 or more it will directly go towards 1:1 sessions. I will contact you and share how your contribution made an impact <3

Thailand Massage Study Abroad Program, ITM, January 2025

• Support my continuing education in Chiang Mai to study Advanced Thai Massage. Your donation goes toward lost income and savings towards this trip due to Hurricane Helene's shutdown of our local economy this past month and beyond.

Community Clinic for Thai Massage and Acupuncture

• Lost wages, rent, studio expenses, insurance
