Susannah's Medical Fund

Last week our 73 year old dear friend/neighbor was on a walk and was hit by a SUV while crossing in the crosswalk on Arguello & Anza Streets, SF. She was thrown 30 feet and the vehicle DID NOT STOP.  She survived and is home recovering from a concussion, bruising and abrasions, etc. We are so grateful to the first witnesses on the scene, including our neighbor Cheng (pictured with Susannah), who called 911 and comforted her until the EMT arrived.  We are working with the police and have distributed flyers in the area to try to find anyone who may have seen the incident or have more information about the driver/car.  Susannah is on a fixed income, she is a self- employed massage therapist and is unable to work while she recovers. She has limited health coverage and will need several follow up visits as well as 6-10 acupuncture treatments. We are asking you to please give what you can.  Susannah is a very special person to us-she is kind and generous and adored by everyone on our block. Thank you for your consideration, Jude and Sanjai
