Susan, Warrior (Breast Cancer Victory)

Hello, friends. My name is Anna, I am fundraising for my mom, Susan, who just started chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer mid-June, but she’s had surgery and tests and many consultation appointments over the past few months. She lives about 40 miles away from her treatment and the gas, food, and out-of-pocket expenses are adding up fast, not to mention the copays and coinsurance she has to pay each time she is seen by a medical provider. We specifically set the goal to account for her out-of-pocket maximum along with the travel, food, and extra expenses like special clothing, supplements, lotions, etc.

She is a retired teacher and her retirement funds/income is limited. Adding these extra costs to her already tight budget is an added stress for her and I would love to remove just this one bit of stress from her plate, if possible.
