For Blue .. and all the other unseen animals of Koh phangan .. so that his death was not in vain

Dear friends and animal lovers,

Recently, we lost our beloved dog Blue. His passing broke our hearts, but at the same time it lit a fire inside us: his death must not be in vain.

Blue lived with us for almost two years. During that time, we witnessed an incredible transformation: from a fearful, traumatized street dog into a joyful, strong, and happy soul. Just as he became healthy and ready to enjoy life, he fell seriously ill. The years he spent surviving on the streets had left deep scars on his body, and in the end, Blue passed away from an intestinal blockage caused by what he had once eaten to survive.

We could not save him in time, but we gave him love and dignity in his final days. And now we know: no animal should ever have to suffer like this again.

This is why we have decided to establish an animal foundation. Our dream is to build a sanctuary and a clinic for stray and abandoned animals, where they can receive medical care, safety, and love ❤️ a home where they are not seen as strays, but as family.

On the island where we live, we are often the first ones called when an animal is in need whether injured, sick, or abandoned. We are deeply grateful for the support we have received so far, and it is this support that gives us the courage to take the next big step. But we must be honest: we cannot do this alone.

According to Thai law, founding a registered foundation requires a minimum starting capital of 500,000 THB (about €15,000). This is the first and most essential step. Without it, we will remain only a small group, unable to respond to the overwhelming daily need.

We are asking you to join us in taking this first step. Every contribution brings us closer to building something sustainable. For Blue, and for every animal that deserves the chance of a better life.
