My name is Julie Muna. I am seeking any kind of monetary donation for my son Jesiah as we will be leaving to Honolulu,Hawaii for his surgery. Jesiah was diagnosed with cerebral palsy of the feet which causes him to walk on tip-toes. I was informed today that we will leaving to off island on the first week of October. We will be in Hawaii for 6 months, so this monetary donation will be used for our meals and medical bill that needs to be paid out of my pockets.
I don't usually ask for any donations, but this time around, I am in need of any kind of help i could get just so my son could have a successful surgery.
