Supporting the Family of Timothy Woodfield
Hi Everyone,
Tim Woodfield was a wonderful dad to his three boys- Justin, Jacob, and Joshua. He was a loving husband to Gina Woodfield for 27 years. Tim was a brother, son, cousin, uncle and dear friend to everyone he met. The amount of love and support our father always shared with everyone around him still seems to amaze us.
He was often called "Superman" by those close by, because he was invincible and able to do anything. Not only did he work at UPS for the last 30 years, but he also created and managed his own Property Management Business (JW PropertyMGMT) and was a photographer on his free time. He spent his days cycling, cooking, and living life to its fullest with family and friends.
It pains us to write this message, but as some of you may know, our father Timothy Alan Woodfield was in a tragic accident on Friday, August 27th. Thanks to his friends and people surrounding him who gave him CPR, he was able to be transferred to Huntington Memorial Hospital where he received extensive medical treatment. On August 30th, we learned that our father had experienced massive amounts of brain damage leaving him without any quality of life and unable to wake up. On September 2nd, his heart stopped beating at 4:48pm.
Our father had always made clear to us his wishes to be an organ donor. He was taken into the OR and was able to donate both of his kidneys, saving two lives that night.
Please know that your donations mean the world to our family. Tim was our sole provider and this money will be used to cover medical expenses and funeral expenses. He will be missed dearly.
