Supporting Punjabi farmers & their families

Jatt Life are passionate about supporting the farmers that are protesting in India right now against the government regulated markets that could ruin their livelihoods; particularly that of Punjab that is the breadbasket of the nation.

Panjabi farmers and their families are struggling to make a living and provide simple necessities such as food, shelter, and an education for their children. In addition, Panjabi farmers are facing many hardships such as debt and water security. Farmers face an uphill battle with the Indian government who want control over the markets. The farmers are peacefully protesting, and we want to support them and their families.


We are raising funds for Sikh Relief and Mayi Bhago Sewa Society, two charities that exist to assist impoverished families in Punjab. They will be aiding families directly impacted by these issues by providing sewa for education, langar, treatments, water pumps, training and housing support to name a few.  After the farmers and their families receive this assistance, you will be able to see the direct impact of your support via videos of the families so you can see exactly where your donations are going and how much of a difference it really makes for them. The money donated will go into my personal bank account (Balraj Kooner) and will be transferred over to the charities for them to give direct to the families in need.
