Supporting a Muslim who's a victim of fraud

Unfortunately, a close relative of mine has just been a victim of an investment scam and the bank has said they cannot refund the entire payment because the bank are not signed up to the Authorised Push Payment Scam Code, which entitles customers to full refunds and support to get their money back.

He was saving up for his Hajj pilgrimage next year and had placed so much trust, since they were also a Muslim and wanted to 'help them achieve their dream of performing Hajj' and had shattered his dreams of going to perform Hajj.

The money raised will be to provide emotional support for him and his family as well as being able to perform Hajj next year.
