Support Zach Hagler in His Cancer Battle

Our nephew, Zach Hagler, has been diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma. This is a type of cancer that attacks the bile duct and it has advanced to his liver. The liver team stated that surgery is not an option to remove the cancer.

Zach’s family has been working hard on getting him into MD Anderson for a second opinion and possible treatment.  

Zach was also diagnosed in February of 2024 with a chronic illness of PSC (primary sclerosing cholangitis). People with PSC have a greater chance of developing this type of cancer.

His treatment at the moment, due to the fact that his cancer is advanced, is keeping him comfortable. Zach is treating his symptoms with palliative care and weekly antibiotic infusions in Dallas. At this moment, he is in liver failure.

Zach is needing help with his prescription medications to keep him comfortable with his pain. His travel expenses to Dallas weekly and his infusions.

Please keep Zach and our family in your prayers. Zach is one tough 26 year old and has been in and out of the hospital for close to a year. He is a fighter and we love him so much!
