Louis, my sister Yezenias husband passed away last night after being diagnosed with metastatic cancer last year. He was a loving husband and Father of their 4 boys. He fought hard for his life and pushed himself to spend quality time with his family in his last few months of life. Louis was on hospice for a couple of weeks and it has been very difficult and heart breaking for my sister and my nephews. They are also one of the families who are being displaced from one of the Ranches on the Point Reyes National Seashore. Words cannot describe how much is weighing on Yezenia's shoulders in these moments. I am hoping we can collectively help with the funeral costs and help make things a little bit easier during this terrible time for Yezenia and her 4 boys.
