It has been a joy to share the gift of yoga with the hardworking people of Clifton Park for the past 5 years, but it has also been a financial struggle. It has really caught up to us this year. This year our taxes were higher then ever, enrollment has been low, and our normal crowd that signs up for Yoga Teacher Training has not shown up yet.
This month, we do not have enough money to pay our yoga teachers and staff (due 2 weeks ago), or to pay our rent (due tomorrow!), our insurance, or our website support, or our advertisers. I have not been able to pay myself this month either. My husband, Reinaldo, is picking up the slack from my lack and desperately needs a new car so he can drive back and forth to work.
Supporting The Yoga Lily will help keep our doors open to continue offering heart felt yoga in Clifton Park and keep my dream alive of building a vibrant yoga community in this area. The money will pay for the rent, the back pay of the yoga teachers and staff, and the insurance for the studio that is due this month. It will also pay for my website host so we can continue to fill our classes, and the software that it operates on, as well as current contracts I have with advertisers.
Your help fills my soul with joy! There is good people in the world! I know if we come together as a community we can keep The Yoga Lily alive and strong! We can continue to be healthy together in numbers. The more people do yoga, the more happiness, peace, and love is felt in our relationships, families and within ourselves!
