This year, we are opening the doors to the UK pastry team 2023 !
Join us & discover the preparation of the team before the Pastry World Cup happening the 21st to 23rd of January 2023 during the Sirha, in Lyon.
Nicolas HOUCHET (Lecturer at the Le Cordon Bleu London), Michael KWAN (Executive Pastry Chef at The Dorchester) and Martin CHIFFERS (International Pastry Consultant) are the three UK candidates with Denis DRAME MCA, (Head of culinary and development at the Taste Lab by Classic Fine Foods UK) as president of the team.

Who is behind the team ?
Until the D-Day in January, the team is well trained and supported by the UK Pastry Club chaired by Benoit Blin MCA, executive pastry chef at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel. Thanks to renowned UK Pastry Chefs and professionals from the club committee who assist and work alongside the team such as Martin Chiffers, Luke Frost, Barry Johnson, florian poirot, Jodi Hinds, Anne-Sophie MILLON, Marie Poudrel Gonnon, and all our sponsors and helpers .Thanks to the 2 amazing French Pastry Chefs helping the team to improve their techniques and skills like emmanuel ryon MOF & world pastry champion and christophe RHEDON MOF. The team is preparing the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie for months to present amazing creations during the Pastry World Cup at the Sirha Lyon!
