Hello, my name is Ashley Gonzalez (Beaver) and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this. Our family is having what I would consider one of the worst years ever. My mom was in a car accident on August 12th that broke her leg in multiple places. She has had surgery and is back home recovering, but it is expected to take at minimum 3 months to heal. She cannot return to work at this time. Last December my dad was diagnosed with throat cancer, he has been battling that with chemo and radiation treatments all year. My parents have been on only one income all year already. He is currently in recovery from the treatments, and is not able to work at this time.

This has been an extremely hard year for our family physically, emotionally, and especially financially. That is why is am asking you today, if you feel led, to please consider helping my parents on their roads of recovery. Every bit will go to helping them afford their mortgage, buying groceries, hopefully affording some kind of assistance for my mom since she cannot walk or move herself nearly at all. Please know that we would not be asking for help if this wasn’t a desperate situation. But we trust that God will see us all through it, and are hoping our community of family and friends maybe could help us along the way.
