Hello everyone, we are reaching out to you to help our family.
About a month ago, out of the blue, my mother Leonor got very sick and we had to have her admitted into the hospital. Come to find out, her liver was failing. My mother had an emergency liver transplant and we are so grateful to the professionals that saved her life. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions the last month as we prayed for her health and life.
We are coming to you for help because of her surgery and having a new liver, she needs about 6 months to recover. Due to the uncertainty in the world at the moment, We afraid to put my mother at risk. This is making us go through a financial hardship.
We are coming to you humbly with our goal of $5,000. This money will help us be fully present for Leonor’s recovery and help us while we struggle to make ends meet. Specifically, we will be using this money towards our bills (car insurance, utilities, mortgage) as well as groceries.
We are praying for her speedy recovery but with Leonor out of work for another 6 months and I unable to work at the risk of exposing my mother, we are hoping this will help us for the next 6 months until Leonor is recovered and can go back to work. Even 1 dollar helps.
