Support The Mustangs' Adventure Gear Fund
Spende geschützt
The Mustangs are a father-daughter camping group. We are one of five groups that comprise the Magdalena Ecke YMCA Adventure Clubs programs based out of Encinitas CA. (This program was formerly known as Indian Guides/Indian Princesses and with the changing in name came a changing of each groups logos) These programs focus on strengthening the bond between parents and their children. The Mustangs take our girls camping to EPIC destinations such as Catalina, Joshua Tree, and Idlywild, where the girls can explore, be a bit silly, make friends, and create long-lasting memories with their dads.
Each year, the participating fathers contribute some extra dollars into our petty cash fund to maintain the shared kitchen equipment. While these funds have been enough to maintain our equipment, it's not quite enough to acquire some bigger ticket items like branded canopies and some extra gear/swag for the girls that strengthens our teams and contributes to our girls sense of pride at all the events.
Your contributions will be used to refresh our aging canopies with more rugged ones, the new ones will branded with the Mustangs logo. They will purchase new storage bins. You will be investing in us to go greener with batteries and solar panels to decrease our reliance on generators. They will get the girls some new swag. Our final hope at this time, if we can swing it, is we would love to rewrap our groups camping trailer with our curent logo.
Anything, small or large, helps and will go towards creating a lifetime of adventures for our great girls and us!
