My sister and her family —Debbie & Michael Melahouris, their daughter Mekayla, and sons Nicholas and Ethan —recently experienced the unimaginable tragedy of losing their home and treasured family mementos in Altadena in the devastating Eaton wildfire. While we are profoundly grateful they managed to evacuate safely, they now face the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
