Hi community,

We are reaching out with a heartfelt ask: to help us continue to be able to give the best to these beings.

We have taken in two litters of kittens (~6 weeks) and their mom (~1 year) to ensure they're well cared for before they find their permanent homes. While we originally had an arrangement lined up for them prior to bringing them into our home, that has since fallen through as have subsequent ones. While it's not convenient, ideal or inexpensive (animal rescue rarely is), we are more than willing to keep them until we find the perfect place for them to be. Their safety and wellbeing is what we have prioritized and will continue to prioritize.

Over the next weeks, we're covering the costs of their food, medications / vaccinations and spaying / neutering. We've already taken them in for initial vet exams and they are recovering, healing and beginning to thrive. As you can imagine, seven cats means the costs add up quickly. Though we're putting in our own funds and we're fully committed to investing in their well-being, additional support is always welcome.
