update spe 22. mavnis still inpatient at st jude. he will probably need a longer stay i hospotalthen tranfer to taret house for atleast till after the hear. pmupdate 7/10.. maverick will begin chemo on august 30 and bone marrow transplant august 6th. this family needs financial supporr.

I'm doing a GoFundMe for my best friend, Lacey Ross and her daughter, Terra Ross. Maverick is 5 years old and is currently at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital awaiting transfer to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Maverick has been sick the last 3 days with high fever, lethargy, bruising, and today he started with nosebleeds. He went to his pediatrician who did blood work, and his blood count levels are critically low. He was transferred to Le Bonheur. He is currently receiving platelet and blood transfusions, after which he will be transferred to St. Jude. The hematology team thinks it is aplastic anemia. He will have extensive testing, including bone marrow aspiration, once he is at St. Jude. Our local ER and doctors thought it was leukemia. Terra also has a 2-year-old son at home who has bilateral club feet. Terra's father is currently taking care of the other child, but he has to go back to work. Please help this family out as we all know how expensive it is to go back and forth to doctors.

update 5/7. mav is going to recieve blood. he will have numerous ultrasounds today and tommorrow he will have a bone marrow aspiration
