Support Teena's Journey to a New Ride
Spende geschützt
Hey y'all!
We set up a GoFundMe for Teena! This campaign is courtesy of Mallory Welch, Chris Valentine, Cassie Harbor, and Bethany Dear. Let's help her out and make sure she has a solid whip!
Let’s play two truths and a lie.
1. Christina Spann had her beloved car, Valerie Jay, stolen on her brother’s wedding day, hours before the festivities were set to begin.
2. Christina Spann was robbed at knifepoint at the city impound lot while looking for Valerie Jay.
3. Christina Spann has never ever done anything for the city of Jackson.
That’s right, while dog sitting for her small business, Lady Teena’s Pet Service, Christina’s car was stolen from the driveway on the day of her brother’s wedding. What followed for her was a search that didn’t stop. Unfortunately, when Valerie Jay was found, she was totaled. Whoever did steal Christina’s car was kind enough to take the time to detail the interior of the vehicle, getting rid of any evidence. Unfortunately, Christina’s insurance will not cover replacement, and to add insult to injury, she was a few payments away from having Valerie Jay paid off.
Over the past few months, Christina has been catching rides and using Uber when needed. But in this economy, that can only last so long. There is some good news, though! Christina has found a perfect vehicle just for her and needs $1000 for a down payment on Wednesday, February 5th to secure her new ride. We set a higher goal as we want her to get something that is nice because she deserves it. So every little bit helps!
It’s clear to see what the lie is. Christina is an amazing person who continues to show up and out for the city of Jackson as well as the people. We’re a group of friends looking to make a little magic happen for a bright light in Jackson. Please consider donating; any amount helps. Let's get Teena her new car so she can continue to show up for her friends and the city.
We love you, Teena!
