Support Sean and his family on his road to recovery
Donation protected

On June 11th, 2025 at approximately 7am, my Uncle Sean was enjoying a nice motorcycle ride to work through the back roads of Lee New Hampshire, when a deer jumped out of the wooded area alongside the road, and collided with Sean’s motorcycle, a motorcycle he saved up money for to purchase just last year. With the rainy weather we’ve been having, Sean wanted to take in as much sunshine as possible on his short drive to his job, and made the mistake of riding without a helmet, a choice I’m sure he will regret for the rest of his life. When dispatch was contacted, the caller believed him to be deceased, which thankfully is not the case thus far, but we do have a long road ahead of us.
Sean is currently in Portsmouth Hospital with broken ribs, broken collarbone, collapsed left lung, two separate brain bleeds, and brain swelling so severe he was rushed into emergency surgery to remove a portion of his skull to relieve some of the pressure of the swelling. He is currently intubated, has a ventilator doing all of his breathing for him, and is suspected to have brain damage that may permanently impact the entirety of his life from this collision.
The next 48 hours are crucial for his care, as his recovery from now till then will ultimately determine what the overall outcome will be for Sean. He is a fighter, and our family is praying everything will be okay and this long road to recovery will be temporary, but as of right now, we don’t have answers, and we don’t know what the future holds. All we know for certain right now is that expenses are going to be steep, no matter what the outcome, but the most important thing to us is making sure we are all there to love and support him, talk to him, play music, and make sure he knows he has a whole life of people and experiences to keep fighting for.
I’m setting up this go fund me in hopes to alleviate some of my family’s financial stress due to this very unfortunate accident. Sean’s Twin brother Jamie and his wife Diane have taken on the responsibility of accommodating for Sean’s finances while we navigate what comes next, all while Jamie refuses to leave his brothers side, leaving him out of work for the time being, adding to the financial burden.
Any and all donations are so incredibly appreciated, and thank you for your time reading Sean’s story.
