Hi, my name is Clarisa Murphy, and I’m organizing this fundraiser for my cousin, Samantha Kunkel, a single mom that is going through a very difficult time.

She’s battled serious health issues since 2008, starting with Ulcerative Colitis, then being diagnosed with PSC (Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis) in 2009. She’s had her colon in 2016 and gallbladder removed, and now she’s facing her toughest fight yet: bile duct cancer.

She’s starting chemo and radiation soon and is undergoing testing for a liver transplant. After the transplant she will need 24/7 care for 3-5 weeks. With medical bills piling up and the need to support her teenage daughter, she needs help now more than ever.
