Support Paola's Urgent Surgery Needs

Hi, my name is Sonia and this is my sister Paola. She is a single mother living in Venezuela with my niece Paulina. Today, more than ever, Paola needs the help of many kind-hearted people. She is suffering from unbearable pain due to gallbladder issues, and after several medical exams, doctors have diagnosed her with three serious conditions that require urgent surgery.

First, Paola has a one-inch stone in her gallbladder, accompanied by sludge or small stones that, if not removed, can stick to the large stone or form more stones. Additionally, her gallbladder is distended, meaning it doesn’t contract when she eats, preventing it from functioning properly. Lastly, her gallbladder has a double kink at its exit, making it even more difficult for bile to flow easily, causing constant pain.

Unfortunately, living in Venezuela, Paola faces tremendous difficulties in affording the cost of surgery. If she doesn’t get this much-needed operation, she could face even more serious complications, like pancreatitis. That is why today, with humility, I ask for the help of anyone who can and wants to donate, so that my sister can feel better and regain her health.
