Our hearts are breaking for Paola and her two young children, who are facing an unimaginable tragedy. Her husband, Roberto Giovanni Vasquez (35), a devoted father, loving husband, and kind friend, is fighting for his life in the ICU after suffering three catastrophic strokes in just three months.

What Happened to Roberto?

On November 11, 2024, Roberto suffered a massive stroke that ruptured two aneurysms, changing his life forever.

Late November: A second stroke caused devastating brain damage.

January 2025: He was moved to California in hopes of recovery.

February 15, 2025: A third, massive stroke left him in critical condition in the ICU.

A Mother’s Worst Nightmare

Paola is now facing this nightmare alone, caring for their two young children while holding onto hope for Roberto’s recovery. She is doing everything she can to be strong for her kids, but the medical bills, travel costs, and daily expenses are drowning her.
