Exciting news!

The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall will be making an appearance for 75 continuous hours...in My Town, Aurora, Ohio!

The Wall is a 3/5-scale memorial of the original Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC.

The Traveling Wall stands six feet tall at the center and covers almost 300 feet from end to end. The Traveling Wall was designed to educate our American communities about the impact of the Vietnam War on our Nation and Veterans. Often referred to as the Vietnam Traveling Healing Memorial, it stands as a reminder of the great sacrifices made during the Vietnam War, giving honor and respect to those families that made the ultimate sacrifice.

Aurora, Ohio is the headquarters for Baskets with Love and also where Lauren calls home.

Baskets With Love is thrilled and honored to be invited to this Event coming to her town June 22nd - June 25th.

Over 200 Veterans are expected to attend along with their family and friends, to heal and to learn. There will be a lot of pomp and circumstance with The Wall having a military escort parade, the ribbon cutting and wreath presentation, and a patriotic opening ceremony with speeches and Military Honors each of the 4 days. And there will be a table for Baskets With Love to present the gratitude gifts to these deserving Vets attending.

Lauren has taken a leap of faith and accepted the invitation and has committed to presenting each of these 200 Veterans with a Baskets With Love Gratitude Gift.

This is $8000 we need to raise! This is a tall order, so she really needs your financial help to see this happen. We know you have huge hearts for our Veterans and huge hearts for Lauren’s Giving Movements because you have been so faithful and generous supporters in the past. We can't thank you enough for that.
